Ace film maker Balu Mahendra, is all set to make another movie. His last outing as a director was way back in 2005 when he made Adhu Oru Kana Kaalam with Dhanush and Priyamani. The director has readied the script and sources say that in typical Balu Mahendra style, it is very strong and has some wonderfully etched characters.

Vinu Chakravarthy is planning to make a film on Silk Smitha. The actor has said that Vidya Balan’s The Dirty Picture was a distorted version of Silk Smitha’s life and he will make a bio-pic to let the world know about the late sexy siren. 

He is reported to have said that several real facts have been twisted to commercialize the film and the true essence of Silk Smitha’s life and what she underwent was not shown in the film. The work to begin this project has started rolling already and we can expect another film on the actress very soon.

Last month, actress Tamannaah was in the news for all the wrong reasons.  The actress, who possesses a perfect ‘hour-glass figure’ most actresses would love to have, was shooting for her upcoming Telugu film Rachcha with co-star Ram Charan Teja at the holy town of Tirupathi.  A member of a crew reportedly told Tamannaah that it would be ‘very wrong’ to return from Tirupathi without having darshan of Lord Venkateswara.

Nayanatara may after all not bid goodbye to films after marriage.  Ever since the release of Sri Rama Rajyam, it has been said that the actress will no longer sign new films.  With her marriage to Prabhu Deva on the cards, she has not since agreed to act in a new film after SRR.

However, many are hopeful that she will have a change of mind.  One cannot be sure of the reason why she might think of making a comeback after a brief sabbatical, but one reason could be because her Sita act in the Bapu directorial has received universal appreciation.  This  encourage her to do meaningful roles which enhance her credentials as an actress of mettle.
